• Availability: All bookings are subject to service availability.

• Confirmation: Once your appointment is scheduled, you’ll receive a confirmation via email, text, or phone call.

• Rescheduling/Cancellations: Customers must contact us at least 24 hours in advance to reschedule or cancel appointments. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee.

3. Pricing and Payments

• Quotes: Service pricing is determined based on the size and scope of the cleaning request and may be subject to change if additional services are requested.

• Payment Methods: We accept credit/debit cards, online transfers, and cash. Payment is required upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed.

• Late Payments: Late payments may incur fees as outlined in your service agreement.

4. Customer Obligations

• Preparation: Customers are expected to prepare their space for cleaning, including securing valuables and ensuring access to the premises.

• Accurate Information: Customers must provide accurate information regarding their cleaning needs and property details.

5. Our Commitment to Quality

We are dedicated to providing high-quality services. If you’re dissatisfied, please notify us within 24 hours, and we will make reasonable efforts to address your concerns.

6. Limitations and Liability

• Damage or Loss: While we take great care in handling your property, we are not liable for pre-existing damage or items improperly secured.

• Force Majeure: We are not responsible for service delays or interruptions due to unforeseen events beyond our control, such as severe weather or emergencies.

7. Privacy and Data Use

Our handling of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share your information without consent.
